Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and they are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships, understand their needs, and make product and service recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task, such as cleaning tanning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon arrival.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat, fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
• Ability to lift or assist in lifting heavy boxes and items.
• Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floor.
• Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
• Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require.
