Retail Sales Associate – Part Time

Key Duties

• Engaging with customers, offering trustworthy automotive advice, and ensuring positive interactions.
• Collaborating with team members and supporting leadership to create a motivated store environment.
• Recommending products, promoting sales, and achieving store performance goals.
• Managing inventory, restocking merchandise, and maintaining store organization.
• Following safety policies, utilizing PPE, and ensuring efficient store operations.
• Staying updated on automotive products, tools, and promotions.
• Using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift and load merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Prior automotive retail experience is preferred.
• Automotive knowledge is preferred.
• Effective bilingual communication in Spanish and English is preferred.
• ASE Certification is preferred.
