Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with customers, providing trustworthy automotive advice, and ensuring positive interactions through effective communication.
- Collaborating with team members and managers to foster a motivated, productive store environment.
- Recommending products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and contribute to sales goals.
- Managing inventory, restocking merchandise, maintaining organization, and following proper store procedures.
- Following safety policies, using PPE, and adhering to structured processes for efficient task completion.
- Staying informed about automotive parts, tools, and promotions via company systems.
- Using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum age of 16 years old.
- Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- PREFERRED: Automotive knowledge, experience in retail, and ASE certification.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
