Responsibilities
- Basic computer skills and knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and they are treated professionally.
- Engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs.
- Make recommendations for products and services.
- Maintain minimum sales requirements.
- Multi-task, such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
- Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
- Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
- Ability to perform salon cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
- Ability to work independently and alone during shifts as business needs require.
Pay
Base pay starts at $11.00/hr or more, with performance bonuses that can bring average earnings to $15.00/hr. While $15.00 an hour is not guaranteed, it reflects the average earnings of team members who meet all performance and training criteria. We reward strong performance and reliability with regular bonus opportunities.
