Retail Sales Associate Part Time
About the role
As a Retail Manager in Training, you’ll help lead daily salon operations, coach team members, deliver excellent customer service, and support store performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients' needs are met and are treated professionally.
- Engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
- Maintain minimum sales requirements.
- Multi-task such as cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
- Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
- Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
- Ability to lift or help lift items and heavier boxes.
- Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, and other items from the floor.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
- Ability to work independently and alone during some shifts as business needs require.

Pay
Base pay starting at $12.50/hr or more with bonus opportunities that can increase average earnings. While $15.50 an hour is not guaranteed, it reflects the average earnings of team members who meet all performance and training criteria. We reward strong performance and reliability with regular bonus opportunities!
Schedule
This is a part-time opportunity, and candidates should expect to work some nights and weekends.
