Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

About the Role

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you will deliver exceptional customer service by understanding individual needs, offering personalized product recommendations, and creating memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor, building rapport to encourage repeat visits
• Recover and maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signage and pricing
• Communicate store promotions and loyalty benefits
• Support merchandise displays and uphold store standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals through genuine hospitality and proactive engagement
• Strive for continuous improvement and meet individual and store sales goals

Requirements

• Effective communication and collaboration skills in English
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to meet sales challenges and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfort with electronic devices and technology
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 25lbs, and perform movement tasks like reaching and climbing
