Your responsibilities include maintaining inventory, supporting store operations, and promoting sales to meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, offering trustworthy automotive advice and fostering positive interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and management to create a motivated, efficient store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
• Manage inventory, restock merchandise, and ensure proper store organization and safety compliance.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest appropriate solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum age of 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Preferred automotive knowledge, previous retail experience, and ASE Certification.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
