Retail Sales Associate – Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers, providing expert advice, and ensuring positive interactions.
• Collaborating with team members and supporting store operations to create a motivated environment.
• Recommending products, services, and promotions to meet sales targets.
• Managing inventory, restocking merchandise, and following proper store procedures.
• Adhering to safety policies and utilizing PPE to maintain a secure workplace.
• Staying informed on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through company systems.
• Using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum age of 16 years old.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• PREFERRED: Automotive knowledge, experience in retail, and ASE Certification.
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
