Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear communication.
• Collaborate with team members, support store operations, and demonstrate leadership in daily tasks.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals and improve customer experience.
• Restock, organize merchandise, and follow POS and loss prevention procedures to ensure smooth store functioning.
• Follow safety policies, utilize PPE, and employ structured processes for efficiency.
• Stay informed on automotive parts and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• PREFERRED: Automotive knowledge, retail experience, bilingual communication skills, and ASE certification.
