Key Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers to offer trustworthy automotive advice and ensure positive interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members and supporting store leadership to maintain a motivated, productive environment.
  • Recommending products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Managing inventory by restocking, organizing, and following proper store procedures, including loss prevention.
  • Following structured processes for efficient task completion and adhering to safety policies using PPE.
  • Staying informed on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through store systems.
  • Using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend appropriate solutions.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
  • Preferred automotive knowledge, retail experience, and ASE certification.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
