About the role
A Part-Time Retail Sales Associate focused on delivering excellent customer service, processing sales and loans, and maintaining the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to recommend financial solutions
- Perform sales, loan transactions, and manage cash in compliance with policies
- Maintain merchandise displays and store cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate legal aspects of transactions
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support team efforts to create positive customer experiences
- Complete required training and adhere to safety standards
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience preferred
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual abilities encouraged
Pay
Hourly wages plus commission potential of 2-8%.
