Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, offer trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with team members and support store operations to create a motivated environment.
- Recommend products, promote services, and contribute to sales goals.
- Restock, organize, follow POS procedures, and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow structured workflows, adhere to safety policies, and use PPE for a safe workplace.
- Maintain knowledge of automotive parts and tools, and use diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and suggest solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to lift and load merchandise.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Preferred automotive knowledge, retail experience, and ASE Certification.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
