The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, semantic HTML. I need to follow the rules carefully: 1. Use

for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule) 2. Use
  • for lists,

for prose 3. Do NOT repeat job title as heading 4. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings 5. Preserve ALL substantive information 4. Remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/scam-warning) 5. Include section ONLY when posting has real, specific content 6. Never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text 7. Never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them 8. Output ONLY HTML fragment, no /, no markdown code fences Let me analyze the content: - Company Overview: This is boilerplate/about company, not specific to the role. Should I include? The rules say "Preserve ALL substantive information" but also "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". Company overview might be considered boilerplate. But it's part of the posting. I'll include it as "About the role" or "Company overview" section. - Mission Statement: Similar to company overview. - Job Summary: This is "About the role" content. - Who You Are: This is qualifications/skills. - Core Job Duties: Responsibilities. - Required Experience, Education and Skills: Requirements/Qualifications. - Benefits: Listed twice (duplicate). Should include once. - Pay Range: $16.40—$16.40 USD (specific, so include Pay section) - Additional Requirements: Age, compliance, visa sponsorship, EEO, CCPA, scam warning. The EEO, CCPA, scam warning are boilerplate to remove. Age requirement, compliance, visa sponsorship are substantive. - Schedule info: "Our dispensaries are typically open 7 days a week, and we value flexibility to work across opening and closing shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. Part-time schedules will be 15-25 hours a week, and typically based around peak hours." This is schedule info, so include Schedule section. Now, structure sections: 1. About the role (Job Summary + maybe company overview/mission) 2. Responsibilities (Core Job Duties) 3. Requirements (Required Experience, Education and Skills) 4. Qualifications (Who You Are + Additional Requirements like age, compliance, visa) 5. Benefits (Benefits) 6. Pay (Pay Range) 7. Schedule (schedule info) But note: "Who You Are" is more about soft skills/attributes, while "Required Experience..." is hard requirements. Could combine into Qualifications or separate. The rules mention "Qualifications" and "Requirements" as possible headings. I'll use "Requirements" for the hard requirements and "Qualifications" for the "Who You Are" and additional requirements. Also, "Benefits" appears twice, duplicate. I'll include once. "Additional Requirements" includes: Must be 21+, comply with regulations, no visa sponsorship, must be authorized to work in US. The EEO, CCPA, scam warning are boilerplate to remove. Now, write HTML. I'll start with

    About the role

    then

for job summary. Maybe include company overview and mission as part of about the role? The rules say "Preserve ALL substantive information". Company overview and mission are substantive about the company. I'll include them in About the role. But the rules: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is "Sunnyside* Wellness Advisor". Not in the text provided? Actually the posting starts with "COMPANY OVERVIEW". The job title might be elsewhere. I'll not include job title heading. Now, produce HTML. Let's draft:

But note: The schedule info already appears in About the role. Should I duplicate? The rules say preserve all substantive information. It's okay to have it in both places? Better to have it only in Schedule section and not duplicate in About the role. But the About the role section includes that paragraph as part of job summary. I'll keep it in About the role and also have a Schedule section? The rules: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting has specific schedule info, so include Schedule section. But the same info appears in job summary. I'll include it in both? Might be redundant. I'll include in Schedule section and keep in About the role as it's part of the job summary. That's fine. Also, the Benefits
