Responsibilities
- Utilize product knowledge of features and benefits to engage with customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional environment.
- Contribute to a fun and engaging work experience for both team members and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the guest experience and support store operations.
- Behave honestly, fairly, and professionally.
- Work productively with others to achieve goals and take responsibility for actions and behaviors.
- Promote teamwork and dependability by being present on the posted schedule.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via email and telephone.
- Intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for the entire shift.
- Lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and twist safely.
- Safely climb up/down a ladder.
Scheduling Requirements
- Up to 29 hours per week.
- Up to 8-hour shifts.
- Flexibility for Day/Evening/Night shifts.
- Sunday-Saturday shifts.
- Some holidays (closed Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day).
