Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

About the role

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking outgoing, upbeat Retail Sales Associates to serve as brand ambassadors in a high-energy, team-driven environment. Associates greet and assist customers, maintain a neat and organized sales floor, and support day-to-day store operations. Retail Sales Associates may be assigned to any or all departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor
• Assist customers in locating merchandise
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Ring up sales at registers and/or bag merchandise
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
