Retail Sales Associate - Part Time

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking outgoing, upbeat Retail Sales Associates to serve as ambassadors of the Burlington brand. In this high-energy role, you will work alongside a team to deliver world-class service, drive results, and make a positive impact in your local community.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor
• Help customers locate merchandise and answer questions
• Participate in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Ring up sales at registers and/or bag merchandise as needed
• Support management with day-to-day store operations and other tasks as assigned

Work Schedule

This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
