Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
  • Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
  • Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
  • Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.
  • Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
  • Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
  • Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
  • Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Previous experience in automotive retail.
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
