Customer Assistance & Communication

  • Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
  • Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.

Sales & Metrics Mindedness

  • Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.

Inventory Management & Store Operations

  • Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
  • Keep store operations running smoothly.

Process Orientation & Safety Compliance

  • Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.

Product Knowledge

  • Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.

Diagnostics Support

  • Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.

Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.

Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
