AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! Customer Service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. As a Retail Sales Associate you will deliver WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point‑of‑sale procedures and loss‑prevention policies to ensure proper financial management.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently; follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Physical ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification (preferred).
