As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service by exceeding customer expectations and making a real difference. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment while demonstrating leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point-of-sale procedures, loss prevention policies, and financial management practices to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently while adhering to company safety policies and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
