Sales & Metrics Mindedness
Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
Inventory Management & Store Operations
- Restock merchandise
- Maintain organization
- Follow proper point of sale procedures
- Follow loss prevention policies to ensure proper financial management
- Keep store operations running smoothly
Process Orientation & Safety Compliance
Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
Product Knowledge
Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
Diagnostics Support
Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Additional Qualifications: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred. Exceptional communication skills, strong people skills, and effective communication in both Spanish and English are preferred. Previous experience in automotive retail is preferred. Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification is preferred.
