Customer Assistance & Communication

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Lead by example in customer service, setting high standards for yourself and others.

Leadership & Teamwork

• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities, inspiring and supporting team members.

Sales & Metrics Mindedness

• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Contribute to achieving store performance targets through strategic sales tactics.

Inventory Management & Store Operations

• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management.
• Keep store operations running smoothly, adhering to all operational guidelines.

Process Orientation & Safety Compliance

• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.

Product Knowledge

• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.

Diagnostics Support

• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• If you have Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
• If you have Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• If you have Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
• If you have Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
