- Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to sales goals and store performance metrics.
Inventory Management & Store Operations
- Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures.
- Follow loss prevention policies to ensure proper financial management.
- Keep store operations running smoothly.
Process Orientation & Safety Compliance
- Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Follow company safety policies.
- Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
Diagnostics Support
- Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
- Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- If you have Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
- If you have Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- If you have Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail.
- If you have Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
