Sales & Metrics Mindedness

Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.

Inventory Management & Store Operations

• Restock merchandise
• Maintain organization
• Follow proper point of sale procedures
• Follow loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management
• Keep store operations running smoothly

Process Orientation & Safety Compliance

• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Follow company safety policies
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment

Product Knowledge

Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.

Diagnostics Support

• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles
• Recommend solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
• Flexible Schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• If you have Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred
• Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English
• Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
• Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
