Retail Sales Associate - Overland Crossing

About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate who can bring our brand to life for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Treating all customers and employees with respect and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promoting loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Suggestive selling to engage and connect with customers.
• Enhancing the customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Supporting sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house activities.
• Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work center.
• Handling customer interactions and potential issues with courtesy and professionalism.
• Executing operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be a good communicator with the ability to interact effectively with customers and your team.
• Have a passion for retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and willing to take action.
• Agree to work flexible schedules, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekends.
• Able to utilize retail technology and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.

Skills

Skills needed for this position include:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including retail technology.
