Responsibilities

• Recommend gear and products tailored to customers' needs, helping them cross their next finish line.
• Go above and beyond to take care of customers and communities, building and maintaining meaningful relationships.
• Listen to customer needs, provide personalized solutions, and outfit them with everything they need to start or persevere.
• Deliver the best customer experience by outfitting every customer who walks through the door.
• Support all Fleet Feet initiatives, activities, and functions.
• Promote an active lifestyle.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum of 15 hours per week, weekend shift required).
• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment preferred.
• Proactive learner and sound decision-maker.
• Passionate, positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Collaborative and customer-centric.
• Willing to go above and beyond when needed.
• Own reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to count US currency and utilize standard point-of-sale systems.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, as well as frequent sitting and standing in a dynamic retail environment.
