As an Outfitter you are the heart and sole of our brand experience, equipping customers with the gear and expertise they need to reach their next finish line.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver personalized service to help customers reach their fitness goals.
• Recommend and fit footwear, apparel, and gear tailored to individual needs.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive in‑store environment.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, teammates, and vendor partners.
• Stay current on product features, benefits, and trends.
• Support events, group runs, and training programs that build community.
• Contribute to store goals and support operations such as merchandising and inventory.

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate, positive, and proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in customer‑facing roles (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lb and remain on your feet in a retail setting.
