About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Treating all customers and employees with respect and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Promoting loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Suggestive selling to engage and connect with customers.
  • Enhancing the customer experience through all omnichannel offerings.
  • Supporting sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house activities.
  • Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work center.
  • Handling customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally.
  • Executing operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be a good communicator with the ability to interact effectively with customers and your team.
  • Have a passion for retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and willing to take action.
  • Be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to use retail technology.
  • Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in retail or customer service.
  • Knowledge of the Old Navy brand and products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the business, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
