Role Overview: The Senior Sales Associate is a full-time position responsible for leading customer experience in a retail store dedicated to music education and instruments. Key Responsibilities Guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, and accessories.Enroll customers in private lessons and support repair and service activities.Model exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.Drive store sales through knowledgeable assistance and merchandising.Maintain merchandising and inventory standards to ensure a well-organized store environment.Mentor and support junior associates to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
