About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide an excellent customer experience while performing duties such as cashiering, sales floor merchandising, replenishment, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication, and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, and recovering store cleanliness.
• Complete various operational projects and tasks as directed by management.
• Consistently create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge and training to make product recommendations to customers.
• Provide customers with solutions, such as product substitutions or special orders when applicable.
• Pick and pack items on a per-order basis for dispatch to customers.
• Ensure accuracy of items picked and packed.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce, or warehouse experience is preferred.

Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing, with compensation varying by location. The pay rate for Mission Valley, CA is $17.75/hour. Starting pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
