Retail Sales Associate - Match

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and service-oriented Sales Associate with previous retail sales experience to join our team at The Breakers. You will work in a variety of retail outlets, providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting merchandise that best fits their needs and preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase customer loyalty and sales.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well presented.
• Complete tasks assigned by management in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Schedule

This position works 4 days per week and requires weekend and holiday availability.
