About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Treating all customers and employees with respect and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Promoting loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
• Suggestive selling to engage and connect with customers.
• Enhancing customer experience using all omnichannel offerings.
• Supporting sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
• Maintaining a neat, clean and organized work center.
• Handling customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
• Executing operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

• Be a good communicator with the ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals.
• Have a customer-focused service provider mindset both on and off the sales floor to help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
• Be passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, who is always learning, open to feedback and takes action as required.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to utilize retail technology.
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and procedures.

Skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $12.50 - $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is part-time, typically 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
