Responsibilities

• Model company values in all actions, communication, and decision-making.
• Maintain store standards by assisting with stocking, merchandising, e-commerce operations, recovering store cleanliness, and completing operational tasks.
• Perform any other duties as directed by management.
• Consistently create a positive customer experience using sales and customer service programs.
• Educate and enroll customers into BevMo!’s ClubBev Program and the Gopuff App.
• Use product knowledge and training to make product recommendations.
• Provide customers with solutions, such as product substitutions or special orders.
• Pick and pack items per order for dispatch to customers, ensuring accuracy.
• Clean and organize the warehouse.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Retail, e-commerce, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Communication: Provide clear, concise, and unambiguous information. Ensure understanding and actively listen to others.
• Driving Results: Motivate individuals to achieve and exceed goals by setting clear expectations, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Process Management: Contribute to improving workflows for efficiency and adaptability.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work interdependently to achieve mutual goals, prioritizing team contributions.

Pay

Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and location. Compensation for U.S. locations is determined by a cost of labor index for the geographic area.

Los Altos, CA: $18.70/hr

Starting pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
