We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications - a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Product Knowledge
- Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively
- Comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services
- Identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations
- Explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers
- Customer Experience
- Provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience
- Build customer relationships and create long-term brand loyalty
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals
- Team & Organizational Success
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture
- Willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation
- Able to work in person at the assigned retail store location
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail, wireless, mobile, cable, or telecommunications or sales experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs
