About the role

We’re looking for a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for our customers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Treating all customers and employees with respect and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Promoting loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Selling products by engaging with customers and suggesting items.
  • Enhancing the customer experience through various channels.
  • Supporting sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house activities as needed.
  • Maintaining a neat and organized work area.
  • Handling customer interactions and returns professionally.
  • Executing operational processes effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Be a good communicator and able to interact effectively with customers and your team.
  • Have a passion for retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be a problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Be willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Be proficient in using retail technology.
  • Able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office and lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
