Your responsibilities will include serving customers and assisting with basic store management tasks. The Lake Life Store team brings the Lake Life Experience directly to our customers through our curated goods, and top-notch customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers and determine their needsRing up customer sales, handle returns and other customer issuesAccurately handle cash and sales receipts so that the daily business can be reconciled each day at the close of businessAssist with pricing tagging, organizing, and restocking merchandisingOpening and closing the store using required procedures You’d Be Great For This Role If You have previous experience working in a retail environmentYou are friendly and energeticYou are available to work on weekends, evenings, and summer holidaysYou have proven customer service skills and strong interpersonal skillsYou are computer literate and able to operate a POS systemYou love living the Lake Life! Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for lengthy periodsLift up to 40 lbs. UnassistedBending, rotating, and reaching in a retail environmentAbility to go up and down stairs multiple times a shiftAbility to work more than one store location (Fontana, Williams Bay, Lake Geneva) Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
