Retail Sales Associate (In-Store Sales)

Hourly Pay: $16.37 to $20.93. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

Schedule

• Monday: 9AM to 6PM
• Tuesday to Friday: 9AM to 5PM
• Saturday: 9AM to 4PM
• 37.5 Hour Work Week
• No late nights
• No Sundays

Responsibilities

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment
• Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
• Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position
