Retail Sales Associate - Gun Counter (West Location)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Gun Counter Associate to join our dynamic team in Great Falls, MT. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, generate sales, and manage the merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and generate sales
• Suggest products and maintain a clean and organized department
• Stock and merchandize the gun counter area
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for company assets
• Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Perform tasks independently or as part of a team
• Ensure proper handling and storage of firearms and ammunition

• Knowledge of 4473 forms (preferred)
• Experience and knowledge of firearms, shooting, scopes, ammo, reloading, and accessories (required)
• General knowledge of sporting goods (helpful)
• Previous merchandising experience (helpful)
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques

Pay

Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

All scheduled shifts between the business hours of Monday through Saturday 7 am to 7 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This may include working weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.
