Responsibilities

• Participate in merchandise sets, replenishment and recovery processes, pricing, and signing execution to ensure established presentation standards are met and maintained.
• Promote Company programs, including customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and laws/guidelines of external governing entities (e.g., Federal ATF).
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• All teammates must adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items up to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
