Overview

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote company programs such as the customer loyalty program, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lb items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously).

Pay

Targeted pay range: $16.00 – $23.00 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
