Job Summary

Retail Sales Associates create memorable shopping experiences by delivering warm, upbeat service and maintaining a vibrant, guest-friendly retail environment. Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and positive attitude—Family Style Service is the standard
• Promote and upsell merchandise using strong product knowledge and confidence
• Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages browsing and purchasing
• Stay informed about resort amenities to assist guests beyond the retail space
• Cash Handling & Inventory
• Operate the register and process all payment transactions accurately
• Maintain your cash bank and follow all cash-handling procedures
• Receive, unpack, fold, and stock merchandise daily
• Keep the selling area neat, organized, and visually appealing

Qualifications

• Valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in hot, noisy, or smoky environments
