Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests: Greet guests upon arrival and provide friendly and efficient service to enhance the shopping experience
• Drive retail sales: Highlight promotions and provide product recommendations to enhance the guest experience and maximize profitability
• Be a product expert: Offer guidance on merchandise, styling, and pricing to help customers make informed purchases
• Process transactions with care: Accurately total and handle guest payments using the point-of-sale system; manage cash transactions, process credit and debit cards, issue change, and redeem gift certificates/cards
• Package and fulfill orders: Wrap merchandise and prepare orders for shipments
• Maintain inventory: Assist with stock management and ensuring proper merchandise supply levels

Qualifications

• At least 6-months of customer service experience
• An excellent attitude
• A passion for creating unforgettable experiences for others

Pay

The pay rate for this role is $19.92 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

Schedule

Variety of shifts available - must have availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.
