Retail Sales Associate - Full-Time

The Retail Sales Associate supports customer service by assisting in product selection, processing sales transactions via POS system, and providing product information. Responsibilities include unloading trucks to stock merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and supporting store promotions. The role involves safeguarding cash and merchandise, opening and closing the store per policies, and performing additional duties as assigned. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, at least 1 year of retail sales experience, and familiarity with POS systems. Knowledge of Scouting programs is preferred. Skills required include excellent customer service, organizational abilities, and basic cash handling.
