Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on a wide range of products including hardware, fencing, animal feed, health products, toys, and tack.
• Ensure a smooth shopping experience by displaying products in an accessible manner.
• Earn customer satisfaction by making them smile from the moment they enter until they leave.

Requirements

• A “can-do” attitude and a passion for achieving personal bests.
• The ability to work hard on your feet with heavy and repetitive lifting.
• Willingness to collaborate as part of a team that upholds our Mission, Values, and Principles.

Physical Demands

• Standing for extended periods.
• Repetitive wrist movements while using a keyboard.
• Close vision for some computer tasks.
• Bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead.
• Working on ladders.
• Heavy and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs).
