As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will provide your customers with the know-how on everything from hardware and fencing, to animal feed and health products, to toys and tack, plus much more. You’ll display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience and earn your customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with expertise on hardware, fencing, animal feed, health products, toys, tack, and more.
• Create an easy and welcoming shopping experience through product display and customer interaction.
• Uphold Murdoch’s Mission, Values, and Principles (MVPs) as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Possess a “can-do” attitude and a drive to achieve your best productivity.
• Be prepared for a hard day’s work, including standing for long periods and heavy, repetitive lifting.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Physical Demands

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Repetitive wrist movements on the keyboard.
• Close vision for some PC work.
• Bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead.
• Working on a ladder.
• Heavy and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs).
