Inventory Management & Store Operations
Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.
Process Orientation & Safety Compliance
Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment.
Product Knowledge & Installation Services
Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations. Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
- Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
