As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies, and financial management to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently; follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems; assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
• Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification (preferred).
