Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, fostering relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Stay informed on new arrivals, trends, and promotions to confidently sell products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
• Support merchandise recovery, signage updates, and merchandise moves
• Promote store loyalty programs, process transactions, and thank customers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and achieve sales targets
• Achieve sales goals, deliver genuine hospitality, and support store operations
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment through effective communication and physical activity

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to handle electronic devices and perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing
