As a Murdoch's Team Member, you will provide your customers with the know-how on everything from hardware and fencing, to animal feed and health products, to toys and tack, plus much more. You’ll display down-to-earth product for an easy shopping experience and earn your customers’ smiles from the moment they walk in the door until they return to their car.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with expertise on hardware, fencing, animal feed, health products, toys, tack, and more
- Create an easy and welcoming shopping experience through product display and customer interaction
- Work as a team to uphold Murdoch’s Mission, Values, and Principles (MVPs)
Requirements
- “Can-do” attitude
- Motivation to achieve high productivity
- Ability to work a full day on your feet with heavy and repetitive lifting
Physical Demands
- Standing for long periods of time
- Repetitive wrist movements on the keyboard
- Close vision for some PC work
- Bending, carrying, pushing, and reaching overhead
- Working on a ladder
- Heavy and repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs)

Pay
$15.50 - $16 per hour depending on experience
