Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, make eye contact, and build personal relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms by recovering merchandise, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves.
- Review daily sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling items, and current promotions to stay informed and ready to engage customers.
- Achieve daily sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, and end each interaction with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package and using the customer’s name.
- Support colleagues with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
- Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, and learn from others to deliver individual and store results.

- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors in English.
- Comfortable meeting daily sales goal challenges and sharing information with customers and colleagues.

- Resourceful, eager to start new ventures, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Capable of working independently while thriving in team dynamics.
- Proficient with electronic devices, including handheld equipment, cash registers, and processing transactions.
Essential physical requirements
- Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching, including above eye level.
- Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
